New Designs in Just 15 Days
At China Simto Group, we have three laboratories equipped with CAD software, and use techniques from Germany and the US to design your products. This helps our team create 10 new security door, interior door and lockset models every month. We invested more than $350,000 in developing our local computer network to make R&D more efficient. Our products have 20 patents in mainland China, and we can develop your new OEM items in just 15 days.

China Simto Group's Production and QC
Our 250,000-square-meter factory houses 16 production lines that include metal stamping, punching, automatic painting and die-casting equipment. This allows us to produce $2 million worth of security doors and tools each month for your large orders. Our 210 QC staff use equipment from Switzerland and the US. We currently fill five 20-foot containers for export each week and we are ISO 9001:2000-certified.
